Unfortunately, our experience at Finest Punta Cana did not meet our expectations. The biggest concern was cleanliness. For a resort at this level and price point, we expected much higher standards throughout the property.
The staff were also not very helpful when we needed assistance. Responses were often slow, and we did not feel that our concerns were handled with the level of attention or professionalism expected from a luxury resort.
We came here expecting a relaxing, high-quality vacation, but the poor cleanliness and lack of helpful service made the experience disappointing. Management should seriously focus on improving housekeeping standards and staff training.

The staff was really kind and always helpful. The resort was really peaceful, mainly couples of all ages. The resort had a lot of activities throughout each day through an app you had to download. All in all I would go back, more of a relaxing resort. But drinks were always available haha
